  • All prices quoted in US$ and are INCLUSIVE of all mandatory taxes VAT (15%) – NBT (2.0%) and Service Charge (10%)
  • Prices are for BB (includes breakfast for Two)
  • Lunch Rate US$ 8-15 net per person and Dinner Rate US$25 net per person
  • The rates are for DBL occupancy. The cost of an extra bed is US$50 net. For children under 7 US$30 net. Under 2 FOC.
  • Bookings during the period of 16th December till 10th January – require a minimum stay of 02 nights
  • Cancellation Policy:
  • Peak:  60 days prior notice – subject to cost of one night
    30 Days prior Notice – Full cost of stay.

  • Mid: 30 days prior Notice – 50% of cost of stay.
    Cancellations within 24 hrs. Or a no show liable to full cost of stay.

  • Low: 3 days prior to Notice – 20% cost of stay.

Occupancy:

Villa Suite: 02 Adults + 02 children
Pepper Garden cottage(Deluxe Double ) : 2 Adults 1 child
Forest Pavilion : 2 Adults (no extra beds or children possible)

FOREST PAVILIONS AGREEMENT: This unique and beautiful room experience needs further acknowledgement from each agent & guest for this room type that they understand this is a true nature experience for nature lovers and they are likely to encounter insects, small lizards, frogs, wildlife etc. as they would in any camp, both around and potentially inside their Pavilion. Beds have
full mosquito nets for sleep; pavilion enclosed by blinds and thick canvas curtains at night.
Bathrooms are attached outdoor hot water.
Please confirm your understanding of this room type when booking with the guest and returning the booking form. Please also get this  confirmation from your clients.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS

To confirm your reservation a deposit must be made.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Living Heritage Koslanda.
  • 50% deposit due to confirm your reservation. Deposit must be received by us 5 (five) working days after we send you the invoice to secure your reservation.
  • The balance payment is required 30 days prior to arrival for mid season, 45 days prior to arrival for peak season. Payment must be received promptly in order to guarantee your reservation.
  • In the case of cancellation for peak season payment is non refundable if cancellation is less than 45 days before arrival for the total amount. Mid season 50% refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival. Low season 50% refundable if cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival.
  • “No shows” and stays that are cut short will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the full room rate for the entire period booked.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Minimum 3 night stay over the Christmas & New Year period (18th December – 6th January).
  • Check out time 1200hrs midday, and check in time 1400hrs. Late checkout time can be arranged at the management’s discretion
  • All our suites are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted on the verandahs.
  • We accept VISA and MASTERCARD
  • We can provide transport to and from the Airport, or around the island in a comfortable air-conditioned van. Please ask us about prices.
